Our story
Started by facility people, not salespeople
Chicago City Cleaning began with two building engineers who were tired of watching janitorial vendors overpromise and under-staff. We built the opposite: crews on our own payroll, supervisors who inspect in person, and a scope document that says exactly what gets cleaned and how often.
Eighteen years later we service everything from single-floor law firms to large distribution centers, and 98% of our contracts renew. When a project calls for extra capacity or specialty work, we bring in vetted, insured subcontract partners who are held to the same scope, training, and inspection standards as our own crews.
